Our Goal:

To advance pedagogical competence and multicultural sensitivity among church educators and theological faculty as they are essential qualities to the ministry of teaching in today’s world.

Our Mission:

To serve educators through different educational modalities (e.g. workshops, seminars, intensive courses, group and individual consultations) and delivery formats (onsite, online, on the phone).

Our Convictions:

1. The survival, development and faithfulness of Christian communities greatly depend upon educational leaders (pastors, church educators, theological faculty) committed to the reign-centered message of Jesus and committed to the best principles and practices for teaching that message to people of all generations and all walks of life.

2. It is essential for churches and theological institutions to engage in and to respond to the challenges and possibilities of living in a de facto multicultural, multiethnic, and multi-religious world in order to deepen and grow in their life and mission.

3. Educational change in churches and theological institutions is catalyzed through persons and groups committed to a vision of inclusion of and justice for all people, and all of creation in light of Jesus’ central message of the reign of God.
